UPDATE: Provide your flight details to Pedro at CR Luxury ASAP in order to get lowest possible fare from SJO airport to Los Suenos. **Then check back in with him as the date approaches so he can tell you how many people will be arriving within an hour of your flight, and the resulting per person rate. The charge is flat: $120 to/from airport, however, it can be split between up to 6 passengers which potentially gives a very reasonable per person cost.
When you provide your flight details to CR Luxury, you need not give any credit card information nor commitment to a booking- the purpose is only to group those coming in around the same times. Based on our RSVP numbers, it is very unlikely that there will be times between Wednesday and Thursday where our guests will be arriving far between one another so we encourage you to provide those details to Pedro by email or phone right away!

We are suggesting that our guests book transport between the Los Suenos Resort & Marina properties (including the Marriott Hotel and CR Luxury Villas) and Juan Santamaria International Airport in San Jose (SJO) through Warner Valverde, the sales representative at CR Luxury Villas.
Pedro will group our guests together so that guests traveling alone or in small parties can be put together and share/split the fare based on provided flight information.

We are providing transportation between a central location on the Los Suenos Resort & Marina properties (including the Marriott Hotel and CR Luxury Villas) and our ceremony at Zephyr Palace on Saturday, August 23rd.
Busses and vans will begin shuttling guests to the venue at 4:30 PM. We will provide the meeting point here on the website closer to the date, and also notify hotel concierge of where to direct our guests.
Return shuttles will begin running up to an hour prior to our reception's end, which will be on the same property as the ceremony.
